FROM TAIL TO NOSE at THE ALDEBURGH FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND.

Fergus Henderson will be spending the weekend of the 27th and 28th of September in Snape Maltings in Suffolk to participate in their annual celebration of food and drink.
Fergus will be on stage on Saturday the 27th with Matthew Fort of The Guardian from 3.00 pm. Fergus will be guiding Matthew and the audience through preparing and cooking his Crispy Pig Tails followed by a signing of Beyond Nose to Tail.
On Sunday the 28th Fergus will lead a workshop through the joys of braising a pigs head. There are only 20 places available for this workshop, tickets are £10.00 each and can be booked now on 01728 688303.
