Fergus Henderson and Tom Harris (St. John's sous chef) will be appearing at this years marvellous Aldeburgh food and drink festival in Suffolk.

Plans afoot include a masterclass in the preperation of Devilled Kidneys among other things and the festival itself is a fine way to spend an autumnal weekend.

Along with Fergus you'll find Mark Hix, Matthew Fort from The Guardian and Thomasina Miers and many more so do book early as the festival sells out quickly.
