FOOD for THOUGHT

Viaduct’s latest exhibition, Show 4: Food for Thought, looks at the relationship between food and design. A number of local Clerkenwell chefs have been asked about the food they personally associate with 15 contemporary classic chair designs. The chefs naturally include Fergus Henderson, but also Sam Clark from Moro and Michael Belben from The Eagle. Each chef devised a menu for each chair and independently of each other.

The resulting menus reveal some curious anomalies...
