Some NEWS for APRIL.... The Big Weave celebrating the Huguenots takes place next weekend (Saturday 13th April)  at Spitalfields, much happening in the Market and a celebratory service and events at CHRIST CHURCH

MEANWHILE Fergus heads to the Waterfood food festival at The Tannery in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland, cooking good things over the festival weekend and Trevor heads off to speak at the Terroirs event in Toronto then to Montreal for more food and wine activities......

NOW to answer a question from several cider buffs out there, yes, we have always stayed loyal to Breton Cider, originally it would arrive with a beer cap top, in any bottles they bought locally and in odd cardboard boxes, now it is a grown up product! We still love it but having tasted Burrow Hill down in a Bridport pub we felt finally that we should add another, and English, cider and on draught! So we think, two good things rather than one...... something to enjoy in the coming Spring!

We'll let you know what that project at KEW GARDENS is with Justin soon..... meanwhile Yohan is picking up the reins at the bakery and those folk who enjoyed speaking to Justin over the counter on a Saturday morning please do say hello to Yohan... he'd love to say hello too.....
