FERGUS COOKS at the NIGHT MARKET

Covent Garden continues to run its hugely popular night markets through the summer and Fergus will be talking nose to tail and cooking at the market on Friday 29th August.

Sourcing all his ingredients from the market Fergus, along with St. John head chef Chris Gillard, will prepare a few simple dishes celebrating the best of indigenous ingredients.

Fergus and Chris will be cooking from 6.30 pm and the market runs on even later so do head along.
